Lebedev, Johnson and Norris to fight it out for London TV

The London Evening Standard, Scottish broadcaster STV and regional publisher Archant are among the 57 applicants hoping to win licenses to run local TV stations across the UK, Ofcom has today (Tuesday) announced.
