BBH Joins Forces With Scooter Braun, Brand New School Signs Ahmet and More
Posted in: UncategorizedBBH has joined forces with talent manager Scooter Braun’s SB Projects to launch a production company, The Creative Studio (“TCS”). TCS will be based in Los Angeles and led by Scooter Braun and Pelle Sjoenell, Chief Creative Officer of BBH Los Angeles. The aim is to create BBH and SB Projects content for clients, including music videos, commercial work, B-roll and marketing/promo videos. The studio is also working directly with new brands to incubate launch strategy, design, creative and production.
Brand New School has signed British director Ahmet Ahmet to its roster. Ahmet, an established feature film, broadcast and commercial director, has worked with brands including Mercedes, BMW, Nike, Honda and Apple. He began his career as a director for BBC before moving to Los Angeles, where he worked as a creative director for Imaginary Forces. He then moved to Prologue before striking out on his own and he is also the co-founder of Workhaus Studio, through which he has been commissioned to design illustrative and typographic-based projects for publishers and media companies like Penguin Books, Channel Four and The British Arts Council. He has received awards including BAFTA, The Royal Television Society and D&AD.
