Herve Leaves DDB Paris for Romance, Donatelle Joins Havas and More
Posted in: UncategorizedDDB Paris Executive Creative Director Alexandre Herve has left the agency to join Omnicom agency Romance, while Alexander Kalchev has been promoted to exec creative director in his place. Mr. Herve (who was named in Creativity’s 50 in 2011) joins Romance, which was launched in 2014 by Christophe Lichtenstein (former CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi France) as exec creative director following its win of Audi France. Its other clients include Aviva Insurance and Mondelez group brands like Mikado. Mr. Herve spent 12 years at DDB and will be replaced by Mr. Kalchev, who joined DDB Paris right after his graduation and was made creative director in 2013. Mr. Kalchev’s work has included Tropicana’s billboard powered by oranges, “The Centaur” for Honda, and most recently, the new worldwide film for Maille called “Memories.” In 2011 he was profiled in Creativity’s “Creatives to Know”.
