Model sues online jeweler over orgasmic ad

You might recall the above Szul.com spot, which we wrote about in November. Its “sexy, adult storyline” involved a woman getting orgasmic after receiving a diamond pendant. (Tagline: “Jewelry works every time.”) Now, it seems the model is suing the online jeweler for mucking up her “wholesome image.” According to court papers dug up by the Associated Press, the unidentified 37-year-old woman says she did not “consent to or authorize the use of her likeness, picture, image or name to simulate a female having an orgasm or otherwise experiencing sexual pleasure.” Also, she only got $200 for the gig. She’s suing for $5 million. The appropriate price tag is probably somewhere in between.
