They’ve hit a few homers out of creative and now they can’t come to meetings, are short with clients, begin to dress even more slovenly, and become general pains. The best remedy for this is time. Once the inevitable strikeouts occur, hold a mirror up to your creative genius and remind him or her that we’re all in this together. Most will come off Olympus ready to play for the team again.
